My favorite humoristic take on design controlled by clients is "Designing the Stop Sign". It really highlights the need to recognise and say no to detrimental design.

Of course, in the future clients will just use AI to get what they want.

And the kicker is that the AI won't say no.

Imagine the many messes that will need to be taken care of.
