@geraldew Yes, and organisations can be proactive in collecting data from vulnerable/oft-ignored populations for a better understanding of unexplored perspectives.

Context matters, but deciding beforehand that certain people don’t matter is a problem. In my experience this tends to happen (often obliviously) with data collection choices.
