I felt in really good condition this week up until yesterday. I exerted myself a bit much wanting to tend to some chores (for example mounting stuff on the walls that I've been putting off).

Now my pain from yesterday afternoon feels like it went back to how it was four weeks ago (shoulders and chest). And really bad sleep. And so now I'm kicking myself for being stupid and wanting to be able to do too much too soon.

A learning moment.

For context: I'm recovering from open heart surgery that I had on August 19.
